EDUCATION & AWARENESS: Webinars & Social Media Campaigns to Share

Learn practical wellness tools with Q&As with adolescent experts, 'screenside' chats, panel discussions with youth professional, and hear teens share their stories. Help raise awareness, fight stigma and educate and inspire others by sharing social media messages.

Millions of Americans live with mental health issues. Teenagers are no different.
Our commitment to helping teens thrive has never been stronger.
Adolescence is a turbulent time, and COVID-19 is leaving many teens and their families reeling by creating a heightened sense of uncertainty, confusion and loss.

In this moment we turn to each other, our Jewish tradition, the belief that unity is strength and that our community is resilient.

There is hope. And there is help.

Art To Influence Your Mood

Books & Music

QuaranTunes

Music can influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, pumping up your mood and motivation (think St. Elmo's Fire), help you relax (think Enya) or help you focus (think classical).  Creating your own music can help you express yourself and process your emotions, and just listening can help you feel connected to others.  Here are some of the best playlists for any scenario, curated during quarantine by some of the best artists and performers.

The Jewish story is one
of resilience.

Adolescence is a turbulent time full of both transition and possibility. It is when teens start to consider their place in this world, and the impact they hope to have. It can also be intensely challenging and hard to navigate. Jewish Teens Thrive, a project of The Jewish Teen Education & Engagement Funder Collaborative, aspires to support parents and Jewish educators with skills, tools and resources so they may build teens’ resilience and help them thrive.
